Carson Palmer was injured in the third game of the 2008 season and that torn ligamnet and tendon on his finger kept him out the rest of the year.  The rest appears to have done him good as he will likely avoid surgery and be ready for 2009.  He has ability.  He just needs to stay healthy and Bengals need to keep the winning momentum they gained over the last three games of 2008.
