In the 2009 NFL Draft, the Seattle Seahawks need to focus on adding

Offense: Wide Receiver (WR)
Offense: Offensive Tackle (OT)
Offense: Running Back (RB)
Defense: Defensive Tackle (DT)

7. Oakland Raiders: WR Jeremy Maclin, Missouri

With lots of safe stud options still on the board, the Raiders will again take the path of least success and choose a WR within the top 10. And about a 35% success rate amongst first round WR’s and a 10% success rate amongst first round Raiders at any position, I’m calculating Maclin’s odds for success at about 0.00003%. And there’s a rumor they’re looking at Darius Heyward-Bey here—that would be an all-time classic. Nice work, Al.
