The annual NFL Team Draft order is determined by the season results, beginning with team record (lousiest record selects first overall).  Resolving of Tie Situations is outlined below for those of you who have just gotta know.  Please keep in mind that final position for some teams will be determined by the results of the Playoffs and the Super Bowl XLIII

.Cumulative record of each team's opponents

..Team with the weaker opponents receives drafting priority

...In a tied group, non-playoff teams receive priority over playoff teams

....In a tied group of playoff teams priority is based on level of playoff advancement

.....A Super Bowl participating team otherwise involved in a group tie will be dropped

......The Super Bowl Runner-Up will receive the 31st overall pick

.......The Super Bowl Champion will receive the 32nd overall pick

........Teams in a 2-way tie alternate positions each round

.........3-way ties (or more) are resolved with a rotaton from top to bottom with each successive round, with the lower teams      moving up one position
