3.       CB Nnamdi Asomugha - Oakland Raiders
It only figures the Raiders won’t be able to keep their best player, as the organization has pretty much burned every bridge with this terrific young player.  Despite playing on a team that’s really suffered organizationally since his arrival in 2003, Asomugha has truly excelled and is arguably the league’s top Cornerback.  He’ll certainly be its highest paid in a few weeks.

Nnamdi Asomugha had a so-so 2008 season, much like last year.  He was buy no means the tackling machine he was in 2005 and 2006 for the Oakland Raiders, nor did he come close to his eight interceptions in '06, snaring away only one pass in all of 2008.  He also had 40 tackles and 1 forced fumble.
